A few months ago, this dude Jay asked me what the "conceptual" meaning behind this drawing (he owns an art gallery). At the time, I didn't say much because I wanted to ask him why his logo was a rainbow flag, and why does he like gordo burrittos? Ahem, so now, months later, here is the epic meaning: this is a giraffe with a foot for a face. It was fun to draw... but the more high art mumbo jumbo: when I was a small boy my father, who looks like a giraffe, took an award winning photo of a giraffe at the zoo. (true story) its name was Amanda, and so is my sisters. My father and my sister don't speak anymore. So I guess this drawing had something to do with them, and saying things you regret. So there, are you happy now Jay? sob, sob.
